The Pappy Van Winkle story has been all over the US the last week or so, I watched a great interview with some of the Van Winkles and the Pappyland author on CBS Sunday Morning. But the Whisky Unscripted deep dive into the world of Bourbon was terrific! I lived in Lexington, KY for six years and enjoyed discovering whisk(e)y during those years, eventually making my way to the world of single malt. Thanks for the great episode!
